On Saturday, I was alone at home and was browsing through the messages on the Nigella.com forum, and noticed that a lot of people there loved the “Soft White Dinner Rolls” from the Kiddiefeast chapter in Nigella’s Feast. I was bored, so I thought that a little light baking would be just the thing I needed. They were very easy, and delicious! I find bread baking hard, so was pleasantly surprised by the simplicity of this bread. By sheer coincidence, (not my brilliant culinary timing, unfortunately), they came out of the oven just as my parents returned home, so we ate them together. I ate mine spread with Vegimite and with strawberry jam. Delicious.
