More Donna Hay. This time I made the double chocolate cookies from Modern Classics Book 2 to while away a lazy Saturday afternoon with a friend of mine. They're simple and delicious - less than an hour of mixing, squishing and baking gives you a trayful of warm cookies and a kitchen full of gorgeous smells.

I cannot tell a lie; I made those cookies primarily to take this cute photo with my Cookie Monster doll.
