Just made this sandwich on toasted white sourdough bread and effect was spectacular. I did not expect much cos i was bored of breakfast eggs in general, but it was absolutely delicious. That slight touch of truffle pecorino was a game changer and turned ordinary scrambled eggs into very posh breakfast full of flavors. Can't wait for my breakfast tomorrow :) Yummy!
