Dad has often told us the story of his well-travelled best friend sending him a postcard from Portugal while he was "stuck in boring Penang". So I wanted to send my dad a Portuguese postcard too!

My travel buddy Clarice, had been to Portugal before, and knew that they made amazing desserts. Being Brazilian, she speaks Portuguese, which made things really easy for us too!

xox Sarah

ps Italian posts will be coming in the next few days! I'm sure you'll love the country!Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00261274546097701065noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8787347.post-1155104559563776502006-08-09T16:22:00.000+10:002006-08-09T16:22:00.000+10:00What an interesting place to visit! Do you have a connection there?
Incidentally, Belinda and I would love any foodie tips you have for Italy. We'll be there in 6 weeks. :-)Nikihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16724833882784937754noreply@blogger.com
