I skipped the syrup, and started wit...Great recipe! I skipped the syrup, and started with store bought croissants. Instead of grinding whole nuts I put ready pistachio flour and then all according to the recipe. It came out heavenly tasty 😋 just right amount of sweet without the syrup! Turned out better than the local bakery, which got me addicted to them in the first place! Took 0 efforts and 1 minute cleaning time!
